Сегодня в Мюнхене прошел 28-ой день процесса над национал-социалистическим подпольем (NSU). За последние недели были сделаны новые открытия о связи государственных органов с NSU. СМИ сообщают много новых фактов и деталей.

Беате Цшепе и несколько ее предполагаемых сообщников в настоящее время находятся под следствием перед Высшим земельным судом Мюнхена (Oberlandesgericht München). Но не проводится никакой экспертизы, как государственные агентства были вовлечены в убийства. Наоборот, следствие фокусирует все свое внимание на горстке неонацистов, всячески преуменьшая роль секретных служб и полиции.

Следственные комитеты в нескольких федеральных землях обнаруживают факты причастности государства к преступлениям, совершенным NSU. И это несмотря на то, что политические партии, представленные в этих в комитетах, стремятся скрыть доказательства своей вины.

Татуировка на животе обвиняемого André E. гласит: “Die Jew die”. Чтобы этот лозунг  никогда не стал реальностью, я прошу Вас прочитать нижеследующий тест. Возможно, найдется человек, который захочет наказать нацистов, организовавших убийство израильского раввина Авраама Грюнбаума.

Dear Sirs,

I, the undersigned, have at my disposal important information regarding the safety of Jews in Germany, which can also affect the safety of Jews around the world.

In 2001 German daily Bild which belongs to Axel Springer AG reported about an unprecedented theft of German Jews’ personal data. According to The Bild, the mentioned personal data originally possessed by the Thuringia secret service had been given to Thomas Dienel, an extremely dangerous Neo-Nazi, who transferred them to the Iranian secret service. The Bild article informs that the officers of the secret service have been familiar with the fact that their President  Dr. Helmut Roewer had directed the committing of a crime. The article ends with a statement that nobody had stopped him. The newspaper staff did not notify any investigating authorities.

At the time the data theft happened, I was living in Thuringia. Having based on the Bild’s report, I got to the conclusion that my own personal data would have also been transferred to the Iranian terrorists. At the same time, all my attempts to make German state bodies investigate the crime ended with a failure. As a result, I had to leave Germany for I wasn’t sure about my own safety.

Then, due to very important disclosures it reveals now, after 12 years, that the secret service agency of Thuringia had organized the National Socialist Underground – NSU. The members of this terrorist cell have committed eleven murders: they killed an Israeli Rabbi Abraham Grunbaum who was shot in 2001 in Zurich, Switzerland; eight German citizens of  Turkish origin, one Greek and a German policewoman in Germany. The organizers of these murders are those who have put into practice the transfer of German Jews’ personal data to the Iranian embassy. This crime hasn’t been investigated and its inspirators and perpetrators are unpunished till now.

This personal data illegally possessed by the Iranians have proved to be a threat to the US national security. So I think it necessary to file a lawsuit against Axel Springer New York in order to see the investigation of the above-mentioned data theft started.

To file a lawsuit under U.S. jurisdiction and to be provided with further legal assistance as well, I need a lawyer.
