Services Delivery

Scope of Services: We provide marketing services based on the agreed scope outlined in the signed contract or proposal. Timeline: Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any adjustments to the timeline will be communicated promptly. Revisions: Revisions are included as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project prior to its start, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the agreement with a written notice, subject to any terms outlined in the contract. Services rendered prior to cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.

Delivery of Final Assets

Advertising Cancellation Policy

Kontinent cancellation policy is to cover the additional design costs of the magazine’s layout being redesigned or altered after being sent to production or additional production edits to video content because of a cancellation.

All cancellations must be requested in writing to vadim.kontinent@gmail.com

Cancellations made in writing less than 24 hours after invoicing are done without penalties and advertisers will be released from all commitments and if paid will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made in writing more than 24 hours after invoicing may incur, at Kontinent discretion, a penalty of 50% of the agreed rate will apply.

No advertising cancellations will be accepted by Kontinent after the issue has been published and or gone live on the website.

Disclaimer

Client or assigned agency must supply material within the requested time-frame and according to the specification requirements requested by the design team.

Kontinent reserves the right to refuse any advertising material that is not within the requested time-frame and according to the specification requirements by our design team.
