A Fund-raising Celebration for Taste of Korea Festival Attracted A Vibrant Crowd of Supporters

On July 6, in Chicago, IL.,Ascene Chicago and Korean owned Art Gallery Prak-Sis hosted a fundraiser to support an upcoming Taste of Korea Festival on August 5-6. The event was held at the Clarity consulting group in Chicago. Over 60 guests enjoyed Korean hors d’oeuvres and Soju cocktails. Had an opportunity to bid on fine art pieces from partner gallery and hear an opera singer JinUK Lee accompanied by a pianist, Mrs. Kim. Throughout the night Dj Virgil7 spun crowd favorites.

The Korean Festival will take place at the Old Orchard Mall, Skokie, and is a new and free event to enable attendees to experience what Korea is all about.
