Socially Conscious “Pour” Raises Funds For Arts4Kids Foundation

On February 26, guests braving Chicago’s frosty climate “Pour-ed” their support for Arts4Kids Foundation. The event was held at Bites Asian Tapas and was organized by Glenn Murray’s socially-conscious organization “Pour”, a popular fundraiser for local charities. In addition, one eager and lucky raffle participant won a trip to Las Vegas for two.

Leonard Mogul, the charity’s founder, remarked that “Arts4Kids Foundation aims to introduce children, regardless of their socioeconomic status, to a variety of art forms, hence fostering intellectual and social growth.” He added, “tonight’s event has helped to raise funds for inner city youth to attend a Creative Movement workshop and an outing to experience a live performance by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.”

Glenn Murray remarked that “we are honored to have been able to work with such a great organization as Arts4Kids Foundation.” He added, “we believe that cultural education and expression are vital to building a well-rounded life, from an early age. 220 Communications supports, promotes and produces creative expression, so this to us was an ideal partnership.”
